Clout created a bright, community-driven brand for Aubin Central, bringing the land estate to life with a fresh identity and dynamic marketing presence. From name and brand design through to website design and campaign launch, every touchpoint was built to reflect the estate’s promise of connected, convenient living in one of Perth’s fastest-growing suburbs. Clout began by researching the local competitor offering, and then engaging owners and stakeholders to uncover key insights. From there Clout developed the brand, which aligned to community values, supported by a detailed brand strategy and style. A responsive WordPress website design, custom photography, video and high-impact collateral were produced to reflect the vibrant identity.

The team executed a cohesive launch campaign across signage, Google Ads, digital display, REA, SEO. A strong Social Media Advertising (Facebook/Instagram) and Organic Social Content (Facebook/Instagram) provided huge supporting momentum! Clout ensured every touchpoint embodied the estate’s promise of connected, convenient living.

The launch of the estate created excitement – resulting in quick awareness building amongst the various identified target markets. Initial enquiry was strong.

The estate carved out a clear brand position within the competitive corridor, which enabled the land estate to sell all 100 lots within the desired period.
