Clout created a polished, purpose-driven brand for Realside OVEST, positioning the industrial property firm with a confident identity and strong market presence. From naming and design to website, collateral and digital assets, every touchpoint was developed to reflect OVEST’s long-term, partnership-focused approach to industrial real estate.

We began with strategic workshops to define Ovest’s positioning and articulate their core values of integrity, growth and partnership.
This informed a complete visual identity, supported by a brand style guide, and a digital presence built to engage and convert. Every creative output, from the website design and capability statement through to printed collateral and signage, was designed to be clear, credible and consistent.
The key ANZAC event, the dawn service at Kings Park, attracted a crowd of 22,500 people – who paid their respects to our servicemen and servicewomen. The gunfire breakfast at Government House was attended by 1,300 people, with a further 700 visiting the open gardens at Government House. There were 10,500 people in attendance at the march through Perth city.
