Elm Property Investors is a boutique Australian fund manager specialising in commercial real estate. Founded by Julian Lodge and Adam O’Donoghue, the firm offers co-investment opportunities to sophisticated investors. Their hands-on approach focuses on long-term value, capital preservation and active asset management across diverse market cycles.

Clout was engaged by Elm to create a brand to reflect their new business venture with implementation across a range of digital and creative assets to bring the brand to life.

A new brand with a vision of growth.

Clout delivered a modern, sophisticated and clean brand. There was particular emphasis on the core element of the brand (the word “Elm), which encapsulated and referenced the strength, longevity and reliability of the elm tree, which can live for hundreds of years. The project included;

  • Stakeholder and owner engagement and research
  • Brand design and style guide development
  • Responsive WordPress website design, build, testing, launch and hosting
  • Copywriting, including SEO keyword research and inclusion
  • Branded collateral; capability statement, presentation templates, letterhead and business cards

Clout began by developing the campaign concept aligned to RSL WA’s objectives and ANZAC Day brand parameters.

We then expanded key campaign messaging and designs to website, social content, social ads and print/signage collateral to , ensuring consistent messaging and strong visibility across digital and physical channels to drive engagement.

Prior to campaign going live, Clout ensure all digital tracking was structure correctly to ensure accurate results measurements. Once this was set up, Clout scheduled social media content, set up and implemented targeted ads across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to drive awareness of ANZAC events and activities and managed website updates. Finally, we produced and delivered printed promotional materials and signage to various locations around Perth.

The key ANZAC event, the dawn service at Kings Park, attracted a crowd of 22,500 people – who paid their respects to our servicemen and servicewomen. The gunfire breakfast at Government House was attended by 1,300 people, with a further 700 visiting the open gardens at Government House. There were 10,500 people in attendance at the march through Perth city.
