The Challenge

Launch a new over 55s apartment development in a competitive retirement market.

The 36 apartments feature a scenic parkside location nestled in the stunning City of Melville. The over 55s development offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartment options with access to on-site indoor heated pool, fully fitted gym, refurbished social centre and a vibrant and welcoming community. Clout was tasked with the development of a communications strategy, creative and digital to launch and market the new apartments.
